Juno ! Tour Continues

Juno ! continue their tour of the lands with more gigs in Glasgow and Edinburgh. On Sunday 23rd July we play Barfly in Glasgow. Having played there previously for the Emergenza show we're only too aware of how bad a gig can be. A twat called Magic Bob simultaniously ruined 7 bands evenings with one rank touch of the mixing desk - a memory which will not fade too quickly from anyone's memory. Next up, it's Subway in Edinburgh for a New Found Sound night. After that, it's on to the Hijacked Records night at The Liquid Lounge on Friday 25th August. Quickly followed by the Localism Night on Sunday 27th. The 2 month long gig-fest is then finished off in style in Dunfermline on Thursday 21st September at the Carnegie Hall

Juno! Hit The Road

Due to the hectic life of various Juno members and lots of recording, we've not been playing live as much as we'd like to. Well get ready for the first fully fledged Juno ! tour. We're playing London, Leeds, Edinburgh & Glasgow in one mini-tour. For London it's at Bethnal Green, in Edinburgh it's at the Bongo Club (the gig's also being broadcast live over the internet!), Glasgow it's a Pinups night and Leeds we don't know yet, but we'll let you know here, so check back. We'll also have links to the venues so you can check them out. We'll see you somewhere.

Recording Extravaganza!

After the new E.P. Higher coming out in February, we thought we'd please you all with a little taster before the next one comes out. We've recorded Diamond 700 for release on a split 7" E.P. which is on a limited release in Glasgow. It'll be available for free download in our Music section too, but you can't beat 7" of class. Once we get more info on who'll be featuring on the other 3 tracks and where it will be available, we'll let you know.

Special Guest with Juno ! at East End Park?

Rumours abound of a mystery guest joining Juno ! for the East End Park gig. Well it turns out that it's none other than Charity-monger and notorious Pars-maniac Steven from Data Panik! He'll be sure to try and out-stupid-face James and jump slightly higher than Zebedee so beware if you're coming along that it might all end in fear-gasms.

Tallboy Paris Tour

Now that we're back from the The Tall Boy's Paris tour you can check out all the entertaining pictures on our new "Diary" Section. It includes such classics as James being servied beer in a water jug by a Tunisian barman who couldn't understand why people wanted beer in pints; Matt actually getting to say "Le Probleme Technicale" when James blew up a bass amp he borrowed from Laurent; and Yoshi finding the best pair of Junoesque sunglasses in the world and giving them to Jason!

New Junovision Facilities for YOU

Hello and welcome to 2006. After last years hectic finish we're glad to be having an easy January before we delve back into gigging in February. We're back into the studio late in the month though, so we're not being too lazy. The good news is we've finally got our Forum section up and running, so please go onto it and blether away to your hearts content. We've also got a Diary section, which will feature photos taken at gigs, recording sessions and general Juno ! life. They should be up on the site reasonably quickly after they're taken (they should be up immediately, but we've not tested it yet, so we're not sure how it's going to work!) We're going to trial it during the Tall Boy's Paris gigs to see how we get on. So you'll be able to see what we're up to when we're out of the country! See you all soon. Cheers.
