Juno ! played their final gig of 2006 last night (whoopee/awww - delete as applicable). It was at the ever wonderful Pinup Nights at the Woodside Social Club on Woodside Road in Glasgow. Playing with Juno ! were The Needles and Red Strike. It was a great if entertaining night in rainy Glasgow. Great as Pinup Nights are amongst our favorite gigs, and entertaining as we were down a drummer and a guitarist! Jazi and Matt were both absent (and of course Tokyo-stuck-Yoshi) due to musical differences - only joking, Jazi was stuck in Poolewe at the north of Scotland and Matt was stuck in the south of England. So we had the joy of Stephen (Data Panik / Bis / Dirty Hospital) drumming for us instead of his usual job of producing us (and occassionally playing guitar for us). It was most enjoyable for all and only slightly ruined by James dying. Posted by Juno ! 05.01.07 14:33 |
